The game begins. Groups of children rush up and down the field, their faces flushed, their cleats muddy. But surprisingly, the real conflict isn’t in the game — it’s on the sidelines between three mothers.
This weekend, Lost Flamingo Company presents ”Soccer Moms” by Kathleen Clark. The play is set on the sidelines of a soccer game as three mothers watch their children play. They discuss life, friendship and what you have to give up when you become a mother. The show focuses on the bonds women form and the struggles they go through.
